Luney Bros. Ltd (originally Luney Construction) was Victoria’s major construction company since 1906 and built many of its most significant historical buildings. Bill Campbell had had been with Luney Bros. for over 23 years. His son Archie Campbell and their friend Ken Farey have been working with Luney Bros & Hamilton for nine years. In July 1964, at the urging of his son Archie and Ken, Bill started his own construction company called W Campbell Construction Ltd. After Bill Campbell retired in 1976, Ken Farey, Archie Campbell and Basil Wells formed the new company called Campbell Construction Ltd. In 2026, operations transitioned from Campbell Construction Ltd. to Campbell Construction (2021) Ltd., continuing more than 60 years of Campbell Construction’s history in Victoria. Today, Campbell Construction (2021) Ltd. operates under the direction of Wayne Farey as President, Ken Farey as Director, and Lukas Farey as General Manager. We have more than 250 employees operating under the shared mission to deliver superior craftsmanship on all projects, big or small.
