The Pinnacle was the final phase of the Sayward Hill development for Jawl Residential. This unique wing-shaped, eight-storey, concrete condo building sits over two levels of underground parking. It has 46 stunning luxury condos. The six upper penthouse units have residential elevators to access their rooftop terraces complete with open-air kitchens and hot tubs.
Campbell Construction was the Construction Manager on this Jawl Properties project. We also performed all excavation, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, as well as extensive custom millwork, including residential cabinetry and wall panelling.
