This Jawl Properties project consisted of a 13-storey office tower on Pandora Avenue and also a six-storey office building on Douglas Street, over two levels of underground parking. A glazed concourse joins the two buildings. In addition to the overall building construction, this project included tenant improvements to the Pandora office suites.

Campbell Construction was the Construction Manager on this project. We also executed excavation, civil work, concrete structure and site, rough and finish carpentry as well as architectural woodwork. This is one of many projects we have completed with Jawl Properties over the decades.
