Capital Park is a mixed-use development composed of commercial, residential and extensive landscape works in James Bay, Victoria. It is a collaboration between Concert Properties and Jawl Properties. Capital Park has six buildings, multiple townhomes, a retail pavilion and a large landscaped courtyard over one shared parkade.
Campbell Construction was Construction Manager on this LEED Platinum-targeted project. We also executed all site and structure concrete, rough and finish carpentry, excavation and architectural woodwork.
